Please note that this warranty does not cover general wear and tear, lost items, misuse or improper storage, tarnishing or any repairs or modifications made by third parties. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to any rights available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

Wedding Bands & Engagement Rings
Every wedding band and engagement ring purchase includes five complimentary servicing appointments, a complimentary resize within six months and unlimited professional cleans and inspections. Should your piece require additional servicing beyond the included appointments, a fee of $80–$120 will apply based on the condition of the ring.

Please note that earrings and bespoke pieces from our Gifts of Love collection are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
