ANNUAL INSPECTION
To ensure your piece remains in pristine condition, we recommend an annual inspection by our Master Jeweller.
This complimentary service includes:
- Claw tightening
- Claw re-tipping if required
- Buffing and Re-polishing
ADDITIONAL REPAIRS
During your inspection, our Master Jeweller may suggest additional minor repairs or updates to address wear and tear. These repairs will be quoted and are offered as a paid service, tailored to the specific needs of your piece.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
Casoni Fine Jewellery allows for returns of unworn, saleable pieces from our in-stock collection, provided the return is made within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition. Returns can be made for store credit, which will be issued in the form of a gift card redeemable online or in-store.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer credits for made-to-order or bespoke jewellery.
Credit Issuance
Returned items will be assessed by our Master Jeweller, and credits will be issued based on the item’s condition. Credits are valid for three years from the date of issue.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@casonifinejewellery.com.au. The client is responsible for the safe return of the piece(s) in their original packaging and within the specified timeframe.
