Casoni Fine Jewellery offers free standard shipping on all online orders within Australia.

IN-STOCK ORDERS
All in-stock orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days, and delivery will take 2-14 days depending on the item and location.

CUSTOM MADE PIECES
For custom pieces, the estimated production time is 4-6 weeks.

If you require a rush order, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your piece is completed, we will send you tracking information. Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you choose local pickup, you can collect your item by appointment at our studio in Sans Souci.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that our pieces are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. RETURNS FOR CREDIT
Casoni Fine Jewellery allows for returns of unworn, saleable pieces from our in-stock collection, provided the return is made within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition. Returns can be made for store credit, which will be issued in the form of a gift card redeemable online or in-store.

Exclusions
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer credits for made-to-order or bespoke jewellery.

Credit Issuance
Returned items will be assessed by our Master Jeweller, and credits will be issued based on the item’s condition. Credits are valid for three years from the date of issue.
