STEP ONE

CONSULTATION

Your bespoke journey begins with a one-on-one consultation, either in person or virtually, where we take the time to discuss your ideas, design preferences and budget. This is where we dive deep into the details — your vision, your inspiration and the essence of the piece you want to create. Whether you’re looking for an engagement ring, a statement necklace or a custom bracelet, this initial conversation is the foundation of your bespoke experience.

STEP TWO

CURATION - DIAMOND SOURCING

Once we’ve captured your vision, we move to the curation stage, where we begin sourcing the finest diamonds and gemstones to bring your design to life. Through our live global inventory, we present you with a carefully curated selection of diamonds that match your specifications, ensuring they meet both your aesthetic preferences and your desired quality. With our expert guidance, you can be confident in selecting the perfect stone for your piece.

STEP THREE

CAD CREATION

After finalising the stone and design details and securing a 50% deposit, our team at Casoni will provide you with a custom Computer-Aided Design (CAD) image of your piece.

This high-resolution, detailed rendering allows you to fully envision your jewellery before production begins. It’s your opportunity to review every angle, make any adjustments, and ensure the design is exactly what you imagined. Once you’ve approved the CAD, we move forward with production.

STEP FOUR

CREATION

With the design finalised and approved, our skilled artisans and craftspeople begin the intricate process of bringing your piece to life. Each piece is crafted by our team of experts who specialise in creating fine jewellery of the highest quality. Whether hand-setting diamonds or shaping precious metals, every step is carried out with precision and care to ensure your piece exceeds your expectations.

STEP FIVE

COLLECTION

From the initial consultation to the final creation, our bespoke process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Once your piece is complete, we’ll notify you that your stunning Casoni creation is ready for collection. Whether you choose to collect your piece in person or have it delivered directly to your door, we ensure that your experience is nothing short of exceptional from start to finish.
